		<description>The work going on with the youth in Venezuela is really inspiring. It reminds me of a documentary I saw a few years ago called &#039;mad hot ballroom&#039; where kids in schools in Harlem were taught how to dance . The kids matured and basically it changed them and gave them something positive for their lives to revolve around. It had a profound effect on the community and their families. These types of initiatives are almost revolutionary in how they change kids&#039; futures.

Learning an instrument or starting a kid on the path of learning to play music is probably one of the greatest gifts you can give another human being. </description>
